Are you looking for a place open in the winter for snowmobiling, skiing or ice fishing? Many Ontario locations does get a lot of snow, especially in the snowbelt areas off the Great Lakes. Central and Northern Ontario are often cold from Mid December to Mid March or longer in the far north. Southern Ontario (Toronto, London, Niagara Falls and Windsor) does not normally get a long winter because of recent climate change. Red Bay Lodge - Wiarton We are on Red Bay and close to the snowmobile trail and on the CC Ski Trail. Wiarton Willy's Motel - Wiarton Close to the snowmobile trail and gas station. Cottages Bell Lake Cottages - Parry Sound Great snowmobile trails and close to Parry Sound and cross country ski trails Private Cottage for rent on Lake Nipissing Good snowmobiling and ice fishing.
