Ontario's Largest Natural Limestone Caves
Open May 24 to Thanksgiving
The beautiful Bruce Peninsula is home of Greig's Caves. You will enjoy the breathtaking view of Georgian Bay as you walk along the pathway on top of the caves. There are many rare and beautiful flowers and ferns to see, and lots of tunnels and caverns to explore. There are12 natural limestone caves along a half mile trail 300 feet above Georgian Bay. Part of the movie Quest For Fire was filimed there.
Webmaster note: Spring is a good time of year to view flowers and birds around the caves. What a great place to view fall colours. Most drive through the Bruce Peninsula and only see road, trees and rocks. They miss, beaches, great views, Bruce Trail and CAVES. |
