A few km,s up the Saugeen River you will find Denny’s Dam. From Denny’s Dam to the Southampton Harbour you will find people fishing for Rainbow from late fall to late spring. The river is the largest on Lake Huron but can be hard to get to. Along highway 21 look for cars parked on the road. Traveling through the town of Southampton you can find your way to Denny’s Dam. Most people fish with a single egg.
