Goderich is the largest town on Lake Huron. It is also the home of a salt mine that goes out under Lake Huron.
Godirich has come a long way in improving their town for tourists. There is an interesting hiking trail and the beach area has been expanded. After the jail closed it was converted into a museum and the circle downtown is always interesting. Good luck finding your turn off the circle… it only took us two times around the circle.
